Colors are true to description. I ordered this rug not just for the colors - my hopes were that our dog's nails would not snag it. I have gone through way too many rugs because of dog snags. I am extremely pleased - it is dog proof. The reason I have given it four stars - the corners are still curled up - even after putting paint cans on the corners for two days. Here's a pic of the little rug wrecker - yep, he likes it, look at that smile.
