We have been very successful purchasing rugs from Wayfair, but not this time. This carpet is definitely not worth over $1000. You can get 100% wool carpets for not much and less of very high quality. This carpet is very low pile, the binding is very unattractive, and the design looks printed onto the material. The colors are way off, more purple and pink thank black and gray. Very disappointed.

I think broken promised delivery dates and then not knowing when it would be delivered is bad service
