This rug is soft and relatively thick. The colors on the rug I received were a little different than in the picture. The areas that look white-ish in the picture are more gray and the blue areas look more teal green in the rug I received. Overall, the one I received looks somewhat darker than in the online picture. I would have preferred it to look like the picture but it still works and it looks nice.

We purchased the same rug in a smaller size several years ago from another vendor and needed a larger size for our living room. We were thrilled that we found it on Wayfair. Unfortunately, it was backordered so it took 3 months to get it. Wayfair kept us informed along the way. It is exactly what we wanted and came packaged well. The colors are true to the picture and the quality is great.
