First of all, I want to comment on the delivery. The carpet was scheduled to arrive in 10 days, but I received it literally two days later. The delivery guy was kind enough to bring it up to the third floor, which is something I rarely see in NYC. So kudos for great customer service and FedEx! Now, I am always cautious about ordering things online, as we never know what we will get. BUT, this carpet specifically is beyond GORGEOUS! I really cannot stress that enough. The colors are exactly as pictured, and they perfectly match everything else I have so far. The texture is soft and plush, much more than what I initially envisioned. If I had more space, I would have gotten the larger size, but this will do. If you are in doubt about the quality, don’t be. It is completely worth the price and with proper care, it is something that will last for a long time.
