The top of the rug does not match the bottom so there are wrinkles I cannot get out

We are pleased with the rug design, thickness colors. Unfortunately, the ends are not cut sown evenly, thus giving a very unprofessional look on our new hardwood floors. Wish this issue could be resolved without the trouble of returning.

This rug is absolutely beautiful! It is more beige than ivory, darker Thani thought it would be but I really like it!

I am so pleased with this rug. I was unsure at first if it would be too bright and busy but, it is perfect in the living room. It actually ties the room together.
