The Poor rug had been so mishandled. Although it was in a roll when delivered, unrolled it was found to have deep and embedded dents. The backing is very thick like rubber. It has deformed the rug. I had it rerolled reverse and will leave it alone for about a week. I have doubts that it will correct. I have never seen a rug so badly dented.It being rolled, I cant show pictures. If I cant correct it,I will notify the seller, I feel like I was taken advantage of. Someone was aware of the condition. It was priced very low, which I believe was due to being the only rug left. Bad bad WAYFAIR!
