I definitely like the look and feel of it given that this is handmade. The imperfections are actually expected. The black border is fabric and it is a little wider than I expected. It’s about an inch or two.

I love this bamboo slat area rug. Ive had it a few years now and its the same as when I first got it. Easy to sweep and vacuum.

It was really pretty but I bought it for a bathroom, so was very interested in the water tolerant features. however it mildewed really quickly even though it wasn't ever exposed directly to standing water.
