Again color looks nothing like picture. Why do you take pictures of the merchandise in not the true lighting Also it doesn’t look as plush thick as the photo This is the second time I have been disappointed with the color and the quality I have always loved your products I am really losing faith in this company

Obsessed - This rug is fantastic! I’ve never owned a shag-ish rug before and was a little hesitant, but it’s everything and more - it’s a clean shag look (modern), bright, has dimension, comfortable to walk on without a pad, and incredibly soft! I was going for a grass green rug, and it’s not quite that unless you count fake grass. It’s less limey and more olive colored than the photos. But 1000 perfect!
