Major false advertising.. photos shown on website do not match the cheap, flimsy rug that arrived. Wayfair turning into Temu? Do better.

This is a very cheap looking rug! The pattern is pixelated looking. Closer to a cheap bathmat than a rug.

So cute and soft! This runner is perfect for a smaller hallway, and brings great color to the space.

The rug itself is not bad quality, however the picture included is definitely not accurate to the product. The colors do not contrast as much as they do in the product image. The red is not as dark or solid as I expected based off of the image. The quality of the binding on the finished edges of the rug look very high quality in the product image but are much cheaper in person. Finally, the rug itself is very light, which could be a positive for some, but I'd prefer a more heavy-weight, solid rug. I assume this is due to the low-quality non-slip backing used instead of a latex/rubber and woven or felt combination backing. Either way, the price (~$150 on sale) is decent for a 8x10 rug of this quality. Just wish the product images were real.

I recently purchased this kitchen rug from Wayfair, and as a Verified Buyer, I can confidently say it has exceeded every expectation I had. I wanted something that would bring warmth and personality to my kitchen without clashing with my cabinets or flooring, and this rug delivered on every level. From the moment I unrolled it, I could tell the colors were even richer and more inviting in person than they appeared online. The design is one of my favorite things about this rug. The soft blue‑gray center adds a calming touch, while the decorative border brings just enough contrast to make the rug stand out without overwhelming the space. It sits beautifully in front of my sink and dishwasher, and the pattern ties together the wood tones of my floor and the darker cabinetry in a way that feels intentional and stylish. It instantly made the kitchen feel more finished and welcoming. In terms of quality, I’m genuinely impressed. The material feels sturdy and well‑woven, and it has held up extremely well to daily use. My kitchen is a high‑traffic area — cooking, washing dishes, kids running through, the usual — and this rug has handled it all without curling, fraying, or shifting around. Even after long periods of standing on it while prepping meals, it remains comfortable underfoot. It has just enough cushioning to make a noticeable difference, especially compared to standing directly on hardwood. One of the biggest advantages has been how easy it is to clean. Kitchen rugs can be tricky, but this one has been incredibly low‑maintenance. A quick vacuum keeps it looking fresh, and when I’ve had small spills or splashes, they wiped up easily without staining. Even the slightly darker spot that appeared after a spill dried evenly and didn’t leave any permanent marks. The rug still looks just as good as the day I laid it down.
