Had high hope's for this rug. And it is nice if you're looking for a rug that actually has teal, ivory, & brown in it. (I believe they were hoping that the colors woven next to each other would appear gray when viewed from a distance. But when viewed up-close, they don't so much.) In addition, in the actual rug, the design was "flip-flopped." Meaning that it is a mirror image of the rug that appears on the website. The patterns are on the opposite side than what they appear in the photo on the website. Otherwise, the weave, & quality of the rug seems fine. Customer service chat was very helpful in setting-up a return. I am expecting to receive an email from them to start the process for that.
