Honestly reconsider shopping from this website again. Super dissatisfied with wayfair product quality and their reimbursement options. I bought a rug for back to school and wanted to make sure that I ordered it with enough time before the return of families and kids. After 3 days of issues between them and FedEx, I finally received my rug only to have gotten a defective and damaged item. Not only was it the wrong image, but it also had a weird pink stain throughout the whole rug that could not be overlooked and very in your face. I would have thought customer service would have been apologetic and helpful, the representative was nice but all they could do for me was a simple return. I expressed my concern that I needed the item as soon as possible but the solutions only benefited them and weren’t solutions for me on my end. I understand that I would need to send the item back to have wayfair process my return, but it seems unfair that wayfair is treating this as if it is my mistake instead of theirs. Unfortunately store credit is the fastest return option but honestly after this transaction I highly doubt I will ever be purchasing from them again.
