Overall, I love my new rug! But it did lose a star for two reasons: 1) It arrived a week late - I get that they are made to order and stuff can happen. But there was NO communication about it. The day it was supposed to arrive - which was still the date showing on Wayfair - it hadn't even shipped yet. There were no, "Your item has been delayed, we'll update you when we have more information" kiind of message. A few days later, I got an email that it had been shipped, and then it did arrive, a full week late. That's a criticism on Wayfair more than the rug maker, but I think it's a joint effort. I might not have taken a star off for that, except... 2) These rugs are printed, which I was aware of, but I ordered a fairly large size - 6' x 9' - and it looks like they should have used a higher resolution image. I think if it were a smaller rug, it would have looked more like the picture. Have you ever taken a small image on your computer and made it much bigger - and then it doesn't look good? Yeah, like that.
All that said, I am super-happy with it. Despite the poor resolution, I do like the unique pattern. It's going under my dining room table, so I don't think it will matter. The rugs are very thin, but that's what I wanted - I'm the kind of person who will trip over a thick area rug - I'm just that talented. And in spite of the thinness, it feels nice under my feet.
