Layer a metallic runner over a crisp white tablecloth. Add in lots of metallic accents (plates, glasses, candlesticks), and don't be afraid to mix metals—the more the merrier. A bouquet of shimmering branches is the finishing touch. Find them at the craft store or spray paint branches you've gathered from outside.

Tip! Sparkly masks and noisemakers double as decor when placed in plain glass vases and bowls. No need to shop—you probably have these vessels in your home already!

Decorate black and white balloons with number stickers for a charming backdrop. A silver, black, and white palette creates a high-contrast look, so soften it up with fresh flowers. Keep a few trays on hand to make passing around drinks and apps easy.
 Give existing glassware a New Year's twist with number stickers that can be removed after the party. They're festive, and they make excellent drink markers!
