3 Ways to Fake a Guest Bath
It's easier than you'd think.
Even without a dedicated guest bath, you can give overnight visitors a five-star stay (and keep the shared space clutter-free). From storing towels to stashing shower supplies, here's how to host without an official guest bathroom.
1. Keep a tray by the kitchen sink.
Stock a sink-side tray with a mirror, toothbrush holder, and toiletries so that guests can freshen up any time. Stash it away in a cabinet when it's not in use.
2. Mount hooks on the back of the bedroom door.
Add a row of hooks to the back of the guest room door, then hang a set of clean bath towels that can be easily used and returned to dry.
3. Make shower essentials portable.
Set out a bedroom shower caddy for storing toiletry cases and products between showers, or add a portable option for toting supplies back and forth.
