Appears to be a high quality item… will try to install this weekend. Shipped in a normal store packaging and was delivered with the box open along most of its length. Everything was included, but the problem could have been avoided with two 3in pieces of tape.

This is the only product I've purchased from Wayfair that I was disappointed with. The flag constantly slips down so it always seems to be at half-staff. We finally just took the flag off and it's just a pole for now.

Excellent quality! Even includes the flag… nice surprise! Stainless steal is sturdy and should withstand our mountain winds!

This is my first winter with my flag pole in. Its holding up well but with the high winds weve been having a more durable flag would be suggested
