Very nice. You may need help installing with one person when trying to get screws aligned with wall, but otherwise, fairly simple to complete. I added a few sticky pads underneath in certain areas to prevent some of the pieces from tapping together when you close it down.

Using as a folding table in the laundry room. Perfect fit with room underneath for storage.

I am using this as a folding table in my small laundry room. It fits perfect just behind the door. I bought a longer doorstop to make sure it wouldn't get banged up if someone opens the door hard when it is folded down. I can shut the door and move it up when I need to use it.

Looks good, have not yet installed. Seems a bit on the heavy side, hope the fold-out mechanism will be really smooth.

Love this! Just pull it up to fold clothes and down when it's not in use.

Sturdy and functional!!!! Relatively easy to assemble in spite of all the tiny screws used to attach the hinges….It adds a little extra workspace in my wife’s craft room when needed, and folds away when not in use!!!!

There was a slight manufacturing defect to the screw which didn’t allow me to tighten the screws on one side of the table. It would spin and cannot be tightened. Overall a solid table
