Happy with my order

I ordered the Cricut Mug Press, then immediately doubted myself — at this price, I assumed it couldn’t possibly be good. I even bought another mug press that cost twice as much, fully intending to return the Cricut without ever opening it. Both presses arrived the same day, and curiosity got the best of me. I decided to at least try the Cricut Mug Press before sending it back. When the cycle finished and I unwrapped the mug, I was genuinely shocked — it looked incredible. I pressed four more mugs, and every single one came out perfect. I ended up returning the higher‑priced press. I was completely wrong to assume Cricut’s low price meant low quality. This Mug Press isn’t just good — it’s fantastic.

This is my second one. The first I broke. After a few years, I decided this was the best mug press I ever had and ordered another. I promise not to sublimate glass in this one.

I bought my Mug Press about a year a go and did not have a need for it until recently. I was able to use it and got some great results. That was earlier this month. Fast forward to today, I go to use it and I can't plug the power cord into the machine. Somehow just sitting idle damaged the inner electrical system. the entire inside was somehow knocked loose after one use. Very upsetting and disappointing considering that it was only used once. And conveniently it broke the day after the factory warranty expired.

I didn't know how much i would love it until I used it. Game changer.
