Works great! Fan kicks on every once in a while and is a little louder than I expected but that’s not a problem because it doesn’t stay on very long.

We have had this for over two years and have used it in many homes we have built. It is kind of loud when the cooling turns on but it works great and has lasted. I would suggest putting it away from main living area so the noise doesn’t bother you.
