Product is not 0.12" thick, the description grossly misrepresents. In reality you will get a thin film of about 0.03" that doesn't hold on under its weight, will need taping to the floor and wrinkles under performers shoes. There are plenty of cheaper options that offer same of better specs. Manufacturer is Flooring Inc and there's nothing wrong with their products. On Flooring Inc's website same product is listed with proper specifications so double check first.
