Wooden case is excellent. The roller basket is flimsy and the caster fell off after one week.

This book drop has been fantastic for the students at the school where I am employed. Thank you for meeting our students’ needs by having just the right product for us to add to our school hallway. I certainly can see us purchasing more products from WayFair to accommodate our 500plus, low-rural income elementary student population.

ok quality - basket that holds books is less stable then other more expensive brands, but for the price difference we will make this work. We used some of the packing foam in the bottom of the return basket to make a soft landing for the books if this wears out, I might put a pillow in the bottom of the bag.
