I have a Chuck Norris total gym, and it still slides on my wooden floor. It does slow down or reduce the amount of movement but it does move. Overall, don’t know if it’s a good buy or not should’ve bought a full mat to put underneath it.

Unless your total gym is in a room with a rubber floor this little rubber mat is essential. The TG tends to slide around on wood or tile floors as you seat yourself on the equipment. This pretty much fixes the issue.

This was necessary to prevent my Total Gym from sliding on a wood floor. It was worth the price and has worked well to my expectations. I would highly recommend this equipment to the user of the Total Gym. And it is easy to set up on the floor. If a 70-year-old man can do this, so can you. To date, I have no "cons" to purchasing this item. CHA TN

Everything I wanted and nothing I didn't: nothing digital, nothing loud, nothing fancy, nothing with a 30 page instruction manual. I have had my Total Gym for about 4 years and still love and use it. I recommend it whenever I can. Thanks for an outstanding product.
