The see through shelf really opens up the lines of sight, but the plexiglass keeps materials being accessed from both sides. Love it. Ordering another.

Great height for my 21 month old son the shelves are for sure deep..maybe would have gone with the 15 depth instead but that's just a personal preferrence and overall extremely happy. completely assembled and no off-gassing odors. we have purchased several items from wood designs and definitely plan on continuing to do so as we create a montessori environment for our children
