The piece arrived, but the back did not align properly with the seat, leaving it unstable and unusable. I contacted Wayfair, who connected me with the manufacturer. After reviewing photos and videos, they confirmed they would send a full replacement. However, the replacement was later canceled with no explanation. Very poor quality and extremely disappointing customer service.
