It’s awful. Absolutely awful. Literally 10 minutes after I ordered I tried to cancel I got and email and it said your cancellation is “under consideration” and then 3 days later I got an email that said it’s “too late to cancel. And so I let it arrive and it’s just worse than I even imagined. Horrible to sit on, low to the ground, feels like the cheapest thing ever. Im so disappointed and angry with myself that I didn’t argue with them to cancel it.

The couch is beautiful and comfy. The only problem I had was the way they delivered the couch. They delivered and dropped it off at the bottom of our driveway instead of on the porch. After having his shoulder surgery, it’s kind of difficult to get someone to help me get the box inside the house.
