This came in a box in about 10 pieces. The cushions were vacuum packed and tied together so tightly, that there are still indentations in them days later. Seats are uncomfortably firm. Feels cheap. I'm returning. Didn't realize I would have to assemble so many pieces- and the end result was shabby looking. No stars. Huge inconvenience to have to return.
