Item seemed very nice however, after a couple of months one of the chairs broke on the front seat area near the leg. The other 3 chairs show stress in the plastic in the same area. Not happy! $700 and the table and 3 of the 4 chairs have failed. This is a piece of junk! I opened a complaint with Wayfair and they never followed through. Worst purchase experience I have ever had. Wayfair in the past has been very good however they dropped the ball on this one. Don't buy this!!!!!!
