When I first contacted your call center I was pressed for time & overwhelmed by the depth of selections available. I asked your representative if he could narrow the search for me & e-mail me his results. The next day, when I called to place an order for one of his offerings, I was shifted to voice-mail. Within an hour, I received a call back, not from him but from a young lady whom he had tasked to return my call in his absence. She handled all the details, got inside delivery & gave follow up information up to the date of arrival. Oh, yes. The product was as specified & described by your staff. Everyone was satisfied with the quality & price. But more than anything, your representatives gave service that has too often disappeared. Thank you!

We have ordered this love seat before for another client, that is why we chose it again. It holds up well to tradeshow traffic. Highly recommend.
