I asked your representative if he could narrow the search for me & e-mail me his results. The next day, when I called to place an order for one of his offerings, I was shifted to voice-mail. Within an hour, I received a call back, not from him but from a young lady whom he had tasked to return my call in his absence. She handled all the details, got inside delivery & gave follow up information up to the date of arrival. Oh, yes. The product was as specified & described by your staff.
