Disappointed With the Quality – Arrived Damaged This is the second cubicle desk I have ordered, and I am extremely disappointed with the condition in which this one arrived. Upon opening the package, I immediately noticed damage to multiple panels, including chipped corners, exposed particleboard, and damaged edges. Unfortunately, I had to proceed with assembling the desk because I am preparing my business office for an upcoming state inspection next week and could not afford another delay. For a product advertised as commercial-grade office furniture, I expected much better quality. The damage is noticeable in several areas and takes away from the professional appearance I was trying to achieve. I purchased this through Wayfair Professional and expected a product that would arrive in excellent condition, especially considering this is my second purchase. While the desk serves its intended purpose, the quality and condition upon arrival are unacceptable. I have included photographs showing the damage. I hope Wayfair addresses these quality concerns.

Ordered 3 of these for the Service Lounge at a car dealership. Seem to be good quality for the price, they feel like they should hold up. One of them had a slightly bent frame, but I was able to muscle it into place.
