Really a nice pad for the price!

First of all the item was approximately 12 days later than expected. I had to contact a Resolutions manager to question why. The item finally came and was the biggest dissappointment possible. It was thinner compared to what is shone in the picture and clearly not worth the money or time involved, plus uncomfortable to sit at length on. I am very much not happy as I have done business with your company several times before and have had much better outcomes. After having to contact you guys over 5 times was more than enough to say I will think twice now in the future. If I had not waited so long and needed the item I would have returned it for sure. !!!!

Satisfied with the cushion. Covers more of the chair than my previous one. Only problem I have is that the back keeps slipping down. I put a couple of zip ties on each and that seems to work for now.

I thought I was getting the whole chair as well, I wouldn’t have ordered the cushion bc I don’t have a chair to put it on . Where is the chair‍♂️‍♂️‍♂️‍♂️I want a refund please I’ll be sending the cushion back
