yes, they do make the sofa seat more firm, which was the reason for the purchase. One thing though... There is now a gap between the cushion and the sofa. I'm hopeful that after a bit of use, the gap will go away.

It made more of a difference than I thought it would. I’m impressed. They don’t look like much when you first open them, and they don’t inflate much, but when I placed them under the each of my cushions, I could tell a significant difference. So glad I purchased them!!!
