I expected a pad to be padded. Not this. It is basically a square of sheep skin. And this is a non-returnable item.

I received only one of the set of two chair pads when first delivered. I contacted customer service about the missing pad, and was promptly mailed a second pad, however it was not a good match with the first.. Two more replacements were delivered to me, each delivered in a separate box. Fortunately, I was able to find a matching pair among the four. The pads I kept are plush and fit nicely on my wooden chair.
