When you first get it it is compressed so you will have to let it expand for a few days. It’s very firm. I feel like the top pillow piece is useless thankfully you can take it off if you don’t like it.

This is a pretty good back cushion. It was easy to unpack but it took a few days to really puff up after I took it out of the vacuum packing. Just be careful cutting the vacuum packaged cushion so you don’t damage it. Once I took the headrest off It’s quite comfortable for watching tv. With the headrest on I kept getting a kink in my neck. At full price it’s too expensive for what you get but if you can get it on sale it’s a good price.

Absolutely love these pillow backrests! We got ones in black and grey. The fabric is a soft, short pile plush. The headrest has an elastic loop on either end to easily attach to the pillow backrest in either a high or low position. These arrive compacted in a bag. Once opened, I gave the pillow a quick massage to break up the foam pieces. At that point it looked a bit sad, but after leaving it to sit for a few hours, I came back to lovely backrest!

I ordered the larger sized back cushion for teen hang out time which can also be used outdoors. It comes compressed and takes a few days to expand. The material does not look like the advertised picture which appears more smooth whereas this is crinkly- see pictures. I’m still happy with it despite this but may be an issue for someone else. The head rest piece attaches to buttons. Overall I would recommend it, it shipped quickly and other than material is exactly as depicted.

Super soft and comfy but definitely not a full or firm as the photos show. Comes super compacted. But even after a few hours and even the following day it hasn’t expanded to the fullness in the stock photos. With that being said, it’s still super nice and great to lounge with on the floor or bed.
