One of the recliners has always been very loud in operation. The materials are rubbing against each other and no matter what I try it’s not getting any better. I thought maybe it would loosen after a little use and quiet down but it’s getting even worse. Now customer service won’t help because it’s been a little over the 30 day period. Learned my lesson. Will never order something big from Wayfair again.

I absolutely picked the right couch (this couch / this color ). I opted to make it longer on one side and shorter on the other side … to fit the space. It’s awesome !!!
