10" Wide Metal Frame 2-Tiered Wall Shelf

The shelf is beautiful, and matches the others in the series. I docked a star because one of the pieces of wood has a ripple in it and it’s not perfectly flat. That, and you only affix the shelf to the wall on the bottom piece of wood (there are no screws or holes in the top piece of wood), so if it’s not screwed in perfectly it will lean forward. I’m not a carpenter so this was a problem for me.

First - this product shipped in packaging from Shelfmate by d-Bodhi. This was listed as a separate item, but still part of the Langridge line so leaving the same review. Second - I ordered a set of seven shelves. Three of the products arrived damaged. Six frames arrived with chips in the powder coating. The shelf tabs on three frames were bent. Five hardware packs were open and hardware flopping around in the packaging (likely chipping the powder coating). All adjustment pins were part of the hardware pack and ALL had scratches on the finish... even if they didn't break through the hardware pack. Only one package arrived acceptable (excluding the adjustment pin). Wayfair did make it right, so that was nice! Third - I expected the frames to be black, but each has small , contrasting speckles throughout. I have not installed yet, but there are no drywall anchors and it looks like the provided screws are too short.. even if drilled into studs. To the manufacturer: Package the product better. Protect the powder coating. The hardware broke through the paper hardware pack. I appreciate the lack of plastic - but you're charging a lot and risking a damaged product - which in the end will probably use more fossil fuels in return/exchange delivery. To Wayfair: I think some of this could have been avoided if ALL shelves were in one or two boxes... and not shipped in their original packaging as seven separate shipments. Fill the voids with paper or plastic bubble filler.

Really good looking, a tad hard to put up properly. My main issue was that several of the pieces are on back order so was unable to get the full set

These are a great wall display shelf. Nice quality and unique industrial design. I appreciated the templates provided in order to hang the shelf level, get the screws at the exact width needed and distance them evenly from the other shelves I bought. I love how deep the shelf is, it can hold a larger object. Will be adding more to my display.

Love! The black metal has specks if white on it that I didn’t expect, but they can’t be seen at a distance anyway. Sturdy and beautiful. I always get compliments!

This is an unusual design piece that provides a nice focal point on my living room walls.
