(I will add photos later). My rating is based on the appearance and sturdiness of the finished unit, and the difficulty of assembly. I would give Wayfair a 4 for service.) The unit arrived with a hole punched in the box. Where the hole was punched, two shelves were dented. Wayfair’s Service Team was very responsive, although I was incredibly frustrated by the Chat. It kept asking us to return the 100 lb unit- AFTER it had us assemble it to see if the dented shelved needed replacing! Once it asked if I wanted to speak to a Service Rep, they were very helpful and contacted the manufacturer and issued a 25 refund. The unit did fit and we were able to mostly pound out the dents. While the unit looks very nice and is smooth to the touch- much safer than other metal shelves with the holes in the legs that are often sharp. This unit has a polished aluminum that is matte black. It has very nice covers on the shelves, to keep things from falling through. BUT- it is VERY difficult to assemble. You need two people! While it is holding firm with many boxes and totes, it did not seem sturdy onc qssembled, wjowdin

Greatest value for length of unit and the solid shelves. Not just the open wire shelves which have historically not worked for smaller stuff

I have bought 4 of these. My husband hates the assembly but they have made organization so much easier.

A little tough to put together but once done, these hold a ton of items!

Sturdy enough. Pieces are lightweight. Satisfied for what it is at the price point. Extra characters to hit the limit.
