//The shed might be good. But, the installation might make or break it. I am not a handy person to install this shed. So, I added professional installation when I bought this shed to have it installed at one of my rental properties. I have a couple of handy persons who could have installed it but, I didn't want them to install it to void any warranty on this shed and hence I added professional installation at wayfair itself. I think, Wayfair partners with Angi and Wayfair/Angi sent the installers and they installed the shed for me. It appeared to be fine until the rain and storm hit last week. The roof came off and the water went inside. I got panic and had my handymen look at the shed and what was wrong with it. I had shared with with him the Absco's YouTube video of the installation steps for this very same shed. He found a lot of mistakes in the installation. The professional installer from wayfair/Angi didn't do a proper job and they got rid of all the parts(Screws/brackets etc) that they didn't use. My handyman says he can't fix it without having the material. Now, I'm left with a nonfunctional shed that lets water intrude during the rain. The stuffs that my tenant had in the shed are messed up in water and they had to discard them. I am listing down the mistakes in the installation that my handyman found with photos below. I am requesting wayfair to take the shed back and reimburse me the shed cost and the installation cost. I had to shell out another 150$ to my handyman to study the video installation, inspect the shed and give me a report of what is wrong with the shed. My tenant is asking me compensation for the messed up goods in the shed as well. Wayfair, please take the shed and refund me . Following are the issues my handyman identified with the installation. There is no fix in sight for these. 1. The ridge connector is attached with only 2 screws, not 8. 2. The door hardware plates are attached with rivets, not screws. 3. The nuts and bolts on the door latches are not tight. 4. The hinges are attached with screws which keep the doors from closing properly and one hinge hole does not have a fastener. 6. Back left corner has random screws. 7. Roof lips are not screwed in. None of them. 8. Roof panels not screwed into ridge. Brackets on ends of ridge not screwed into roof. 9. Roof not screwed into front and back walls. Only one screw on front wall is actually connected. Other screws were put into ribs. 10. Some anchor brackets missing. 11. Roof panels not aligned in ridge. Offset left to right. Ridge caps do not fit.

I’ve had this shed for 5 years already with no issues. Very simple shed, good price, useful for tools and other outdoor equipment
