We had one piece that wasnt threaded on both ends like it shouldve been. We called the Customer Service number, but the person we finally talked to ended up asking us about our home security system. Weird! The rest of the closet system is great! Its sturdy, and assembly was time-consuming but straightforward.

We returned it only because it was larger than expected. Would have severed the purpose.

I love it! I already have two other clothes racks but they can’t stand against this one! So nice!

Takes a long time to assemble. Instructions are not written well, has you build top down. The last step is adding felt pads to the feet once you have a 100lb structure. Very poorly written

It’s a really nice closet. Heavy and very sturdy. Definitely a two man job. I will say I’m a little disappointed because one of the end pieces on the adjustable bars wasn’t welded on straight so it looks really wonky in one spot. I was too far along before I realized and I couldn’t take it apart again, so even if they sent me a new piece it would have been impossible to replace it. I’d just caution to check that everything is straight before building.
