Where to begin? 1. The dowels holes were not drilled correctly (missed the location by 1/4", see photo). This prevents the alignment of the sides to the top if dowels are used. Additionally, not all of the holes were drilled deep enough, this prevents the pieces from sitting flush to each other *see photo). 2. It's supposed to be acacia, which is a cheaper hardwood but certain, crucial pieces are cleary pine painted to resemble acacia. Some of the pine pieces were dented/chipped paint (see photo). 3. The hinges are flimsy and probably won't last long, but don't worry about that because the doors will become disconnected before the hinges break because the mounting screws are short and extremely tapered, which will cause the holes to become stripped. 4. The bolt nuts arenot spaces correctly, preventing proper mounting of the side panel to the top. 5. The adjustable rack braces constantly pop out, causing the extremely cramped area to have collapsing shelves. VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!

Smaller than expected. Shoes don’t fit so they need to go in diagonal which limits space even more. Decent quality wood.

The packaging was excellent and the instructions were clear. It took me about 1.5-2 hours to assemble. Some of my shoes did not fit going straight in, but I just turned them. You can arrange the shelves to be tall enough to be able to stack shoes as well. It also fits well and looks great at the bottom landing of my stairs.

The style is pretty and looks like the pictures. I’m contemplating returning it though for a few reasons. 1. It’s wobbly 2. It didn’t come with all the screws needed for the magnetic door clasp 3. The X at the back takes you valuable space for the shoes. So you have to turn the shoes side ways to fit, drastically reducing the functionality

Item was easy to put together and liked that it was all wood. Got allot of compliments on it.
