Very very disappointed

Absolutely the worst purchase I've ever made and customer support and replacement were absolutely no help and im out just under 2k in a unit and several hundred in labor. Contacted customer service upon opening explaining unit had damaged and missing pieces. Was told a immediate replacement was sent weeks later nothing. Called again was assured parts would be expedited as I had expressed concern for impending inclement weather. Box of replacement panels came but none of the other components to complete and secure unit arrived emailed and emailed no response. Now 2nd wind storm and damage and what am I told they don't cover damage after unit is delivered and assembled well it would not have been had i received all the parts as requested in a timely manner. Seriously disappointed with the handling of this issue by Wayfair not great customer service at all. Records clearly support my claims.

Do NOT order this shed. The double doors were 3” short. The rain is pouring in and so are rats, mice etc. we sent pictures to the manufacturer and they will not replace the doors with the right size. They said they are that way by design. But the pictures on the advertisement show the doors to the ground and the specifications say they are 6’3”. But they are only 6’. They will do nothing. Wayfair was very understanding and provided some compensation. Thank you Wayfair.
