Not a bad shelf, very functional. I wish the plywood shelves were secured to the unit that’s my only real complaint.

love it! super easy to assemble

This is a fairly lightweight shelf compared to similar garage shelving. The shelves are smooth and easy to wipe down compared to strand board versions, but they are also very thin, with some chipped edges. I’d be nervous to put too much weight on a shelf without it resting across the metal supports as well. Assembly is easy. You will need a mallet. When installing it as two short units, you do not need a second person to help. When installing it as one tall unit, there are two slots where you can’t place a shelf, due to the metal connector pieces. Annoying, but other than that, the flexibility in how to put it together is helpful. I did find the metal finish of the brackets got all over my hands, clothes and workbench during assembly — also annoying. I liked the packaging of the unit. There were no extra plastic wraps, styrofoam pieces, etc. inside, other than the bag that held the hardware. I really appreciate this, since usually, any furniture purchase means I fill up the recycling barrel and have to make special trips to recycle styrofoam. Thank you for this!

We order this shelving unit for our garage, so we wanted something sturdy and weren't too picky on appearance. This shelf came to us and at first glance I liked it a lot. Upon putting it together, one of the rivets that are used the connect the pieces together was broken off. Also some of the shelfs had chunks out of them. Putting it together it seemed pretty srurdy though, but with a broken rivet, it makes me question the durability. I can't go higher than 3 stars here due to the damaged piece.
