Easy to use. I bought 2 and built a 2-level rack.

You only delivered the bottom brackets, from picture where are the top brackets, very disappointed in Wayfair.

I though it comes with the wood...

Lumber is not included. The picture is misleading; they only include two posts so you have to buy two sets if you want a second level. Also, regarding the lumber, the measurements needed make it impossible to purchase the correct size. The directions even say you'll need a saw to cut it. My wife bought this because she thought it would be a cheaper alternative for a wood rack and as they say, you get what you pay for.

The image is misleading. This product does not create two shelves, as it shows in the picture, but only 1 shelf. To create the rack in the picture, you will need to order two sets of these.

My husband loves the log rack. I built a extra shelf rack at the top. Definitely recommend over a metal rack.

only one set of holders by looks should have been two sets

The brackets were easy to put a rack together. My rack is being used to hold rolls of batting. Works great!
