Very well constructed with the correct size for my 42" fire pit table, and bungee cord to tighten the skirt and buckle straps to tie down on the table legs being nice touch. One thing that's unacceptable is that the item was back ordered since March when I placed the order. Should have reflected that on website when order was place, but did not get informed until 2 weeks after placing the order. Water resistance seemed to be on par with other manufacturers' products. Long-term water resistance remains to be seen.
