I'm very dissatisfied and will most likely not buy from Wayfair again. First, the package had been obviously opened (most likely a return) and sloppily taped back together. Second, the weight plates were not delivered. I related the missing items to Customer Service (SCT-3591504). Finally, upon assembly I discovered the crank-house was badly cracked. I then decided to return all items associated with this order. I feel since the umbrella was damaged, I shouldn't be responsible for return shipping costs and should be reimbursed.

It’s not adjustable to where the sun is. You can’t lean it one way or the other which I didn’t realize. Also holds onto rain even under recommended cover (cover has hole for solar panel).
