Leaking right out of the gate—what a disappointment! This hardware is absolute garbage. The quality is subpar, and I couldnt even upload pictures to illustrate my issues. The screws provided are ridiculously short and have cheap plastic gaskets instead of proper washers or lock washers. I had to resort to using my own black sheet metal screw with a rubber gasket because the ones included just don’t cut it. The assembly instructions are a disaster—blurry and impossible to follow. Additionally, the plastic on the sheet metal comes flat and is a nightmare to remove. I ended up with a partially completed shed thats not only poorly designed but also leaking because of the inferior materials. Overall, I am extremely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere!

Find another option! Do not buy this one. Horribly made, pieces dont match up. Husband is a construction Superintendent and knows what he is doing. We started with a square level base and the doors dont meet. We were meticulous at marking each panel and laying everything out this is a manufacturing issue. Got a partial refund but not enough this was a costly mistake buying this. Dont make the same mistake! I will consider paying slightly more for better return options with other companies.

Nice shed. Fairly easy to put together put instructions were a little confusing.

we bough our first shed and had so many roasted pieces then we called customers service and had so had almost the same problem but with the second one we had more of vent pieces. garage is nice but they should package product much better.

I think your product is price right and looks of good quality. I recieve excellent support from from wayfair one of your supervisor jasmine step in to help me and she was excellent too. The problem is with your deliver people J W LOGITICS what a bunch of idiots my delivery was scheduled for 4/14 so I could be there to except the delivery they were going to deliver on the 4/8 and put it on my front porch nowhere near the assembly area plus I live in a Hoa you can't leave a package on your porch for more than a day plus how was I going to move this package it weighted 750lbs. Wayfair helped me arrange though Angie's list a installer to come on 4/15 to install the shed every thing was set. The deliver people jw LOGITICS delivered today at 3:00 which completely screw up all my plans I am currently moving here so my time is limited between the 2 homes now I have to go home with out the shed I need to store my belongings in while moving here this screw up by J w logistic is going to set me back time and money that I can't replace. On top of it you can't call them to speak to some one they deal in text that come the next day. And condensending text explaining that they have routes and explaining what a route is a route means nothing if you don't stay on schedule. That's the last text I sent to them with no reply. I think that I can't be the only one these idiots have screw over you should not give them your business they are idiots.I plan on buying a pergolas from you next week if they are the delivery co I will cancel my order Thank you Dave Cicone Please call if more information is needed 925 337 5716
