it was okay, it's so cheap looking. thought I was getting a better quality product, more sturdy and/or more heavy. oh well, can't win all the time.

Cute trunk. You need to be careful when using it since the material is kind of fragile.

It’s exactly what I needed and came already built which explains the price a little higher.

Received exactly as pictured. And, no assembly required, just removed from the box and ready to use.

Super disappointed. Arrived with wood cracked, sliver of wood pulled off. Another chunk of wood missing and a scratch. I expected rustic but this is damaged and it’s very lightweight and flimsy. I expected something a little more solid.

The trunk has a very dark interior. I did not notice 2 large cracks; 1 in the lid and 1 in the side of the trunk each over 12 " in length, until I placed it in the sunlight. It is overpriced for this type of distressed appearance.

I like rustic furnishings...but this looks cheaply made and has spliters and cracks that are obviously not a part of the distressed design. This is not made of wood planks...but a very thin wood composite made to resemble wood planks from the outside. The lid was also too narrow to cover the entire base so I could not use it as a small side table because you could see the edge of the base on one side. There was also a scuff that was ugly on the top of the closure! NOT WORTH THE COST!

I love this little chest! We use it to store shoes and it fits 8 pair of adult shoes in an up and down fashion. So heals on the floor and toes pointing up. It’s so cute and functional.
