Nicely made, roomy box that holds a lot. Strong enough for my husband to stand on top of with a ladder to get on the roof!

Item is very heavy and arrived in a cardboard with little protection. Opened the box and began assembling as per instructions. Box is actually packed in order of the instructions which was helpful. Assembly is not real tough but the base that holds it all together needs to be pounded to permanently snap in place. The final part is the cover which is at the bottom of the box and turned out to be badly broken on the corner as the package provided insufficient protection. I contacted Wayfair sent them pictures and was told it is out of stock so they can’t send me a new cover or unit. Their offer was to disassemble it which is virtually impossible, repackage the close to 100lb of parts into the flimsy damaged carton and close the carton without bands that it came with and ship it back for a refund. BTW I’m 71 years old!! The second option was a $46 discount to keep the box with a leaky cover! First and last purchase from Wayfair!

Deck box was damaged. When I called Wayfare customer service to return the box, the customer service agent said the manufacturer had to be notified first and it would take 2 days. Sorry, no it damaged, it is not fixable. Finally it was agreed (waited on hold for quite a while, while the agent did whatever he needed to do). Now, I need to wait 4 days for a pickup from fedex. It is a huge box that is in the way in my garage. Why can't you have fedex pick it up on the following day which is a weekday.

This was not that hard to put together, but when assembled was warped and not air tight. Customer service made me take it apart and rebox it. I would avoid this product unless you want to deal with a lot of headaches.

This was a cheap box and had a huge crack in one side and one piece was manufactured wrong. Unfortunately, we could not open the box until after the 30 day window, so could not return. Don't buy it or if you do, check the pieces immediately. After 30 days, we got no replacement part, no refund or the ability to return. I would have this at zero stars, but it made me do 1.
