The general size and scale of the product received was much smaller and did not compare favorably or accurately to the online images that were depicted (with the hanging rod as a specific example). The parts inventory descriptions and assembly instructions were very poorly written. As for materials, the bamboo wood was very thin requiring delicate handling which raises questions regarding build quality and durability.. I would strongly advise looking at an alternative clothing rack solution.

If I could give this ZERO stars I would. This is so flimsy. Wood split just trying to put it together. It won't hold any weight at all. This was a waste of money and there is no way I can take it all apart and return it. PLEASE DO NOT BUY

Poor quality

I was really looking forward to receiving this but was a little disappointed when I opened the box. The wood is very thin and parts were missing. When I was putting one of the screws in the wood cracked. I wasn’t able to put the doors on because one of the hinges was missing.

Organizer was a nice addition but instruction was not well made . The hardware had no details on what to use . Once it was built it was a nice organizer. Great for the kids to hang their backpacks and put shoes away .
