Looks good on the outside but very flimsy. I used this hamper for my spouse and I. At the end of the week I would take the basket down stairs to the laundry room. The ropes that serve as handles are strong, however the bamboo was flimsy because it was being held by 2 metal frames, 1 for the bottom and 1 for the top. The top one often collapsed and then eventually broke. I would have to try to bend the frame back or tape the top frame to hold together. I eventually bought a new basket after a year of dreading taking this hamper up and down. It now just sits in the laundry room so that I can sort from my new basket. Loved the size and sections, but not good quality.
