Although I received my order before the expected delivery date of Aug. 18th, 2020, I was completely surprised and disappointed to find that the larger trunk (bottom, underneath) had multiple cracks to it. I did take pictures of the damage and tried uploading the photos into your app, but your app would not allow me to upload the pre-taken photos -- I guess I was supposed to have taken the photos once I was in your app (this was another disappointment) I did speak to your customer service department and was given a $58 refund/store credit deduction from the actual cost of the 3 piece trunk set, which was $299+. I winded up having to purchase wood filler and wood glue to try to repair the damages to the larger trunk to the best of my ability.

Great size! They have a strong smell, but hopefully it goes away over time.

Lovely set, but came damaged. Also, it doesnt fit well against a wall because the top is tall, so you cant fit it snug against a wall and open it without first pulling it away from the wall.

I like them, and they are going to work out for what I need. However, a shell was missing on the biggest one and an inside lid corner piece wasnt attached. I just superglued it back on.
